Refund & Exchange Policy
At Imaara Jewellery, your satisfaction means the world to us! However, due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any of our products.
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged item.
- You received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return:
You must inform us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Please send us a message on Instagram DM (@imaarajewellery) with your order number, a clear photo/video of the product, and a brief explanation.
Once your return request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.
Please note:
- Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
- Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy conditions.
